Dr.V.THENMOZHI, MPT (Ortho) MASTER OF PHYSIOTHERAPY (M.P.T), she is a Specialist in Advanced Physiotherapy in Orthopedics. She finished her Graduation K.M.C.H College of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.

Best fitness centre for women 💜 Great ambience, a place to become best version of yourself ! The trainers are friendly and ready to sort out our issues. Every workout is unique concentrating on specific muscle group, which strengthen weaker muscle. yoga sessions are totally relaxing at the same time they work on increasing our flexibility. Group workouts motivate to do more. Every client is given individual attention and care. The positive and inspiring vibes from these people are truly motivating, it's great to be a part of the gym 💪😇

Gym was really good and effective. Trainers are so friendly and supportive. It's not like a regular gym. It's includes machine works combined with regular scheduled exercises.So, it's really very effective and satisfied.

BEST GYM EVER❤️ this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym...This gym is like ALL-in-ONE kind of gym AND i quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here are seriously aiding the clients in many ways..they are always and eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you actually in need.. Absolutely love this gym !! Massive floor space, friendly staff, great equipment ... The best part about the gym is that the management is very much involved and they give personalised work out routines also addressing the client's strengths and weaknesses. Their focus is not just on fat loss.. its more about strength, mobility and a holistic fitness experience.
